Your Resume is only visible to you and the people you share it with. Our Personalized Career Assistant also has access to your Resume to point out errors and suggest possible changes. Once you delete your Resume, we will not be able to recover it.

Your subscription will be linked to your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. You can switch devices by simply downloading the ESSA.app and logging in as usual.

On iOS:
Open the "Settings" app. - Click your name. - Select "Subscriptions". - Choose the ESSA.app subscription. - Select "Cancel Subscription". The "Cancel Subscription" button might be at the bottom of the page, so make sure to scroll down. If there is no "Cancel" button or you see a red "Expires" message, it means the subscription has already been canceled.

For Android:
- Go to your subscriptions in Google Play. - Select the subscription you want to cancel. - Select "Cancel Subscription". - Follow the instructions provided.

When you start creating your Resume, select the appropriate language. The ESSA.app currently offers 12 languages: English, Polish, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, and German.

When you start filling out your Resume, follow the prompts that will appear on your screen. Here are a few basic guidelines:

• Be concise and to the point.
• List the most important job positions relevant to the industry you are applying for.
• Start with your most recent job positions.
• Ensure your photo is of high quality with a clear background. Remember to smile and make eye contact in the photo. Dress as you would for an interview. The photo should not contain any unnecessary items – just your face.
• In the "Interests/Hobbies" section, include information related to your industry or activities that present you in a positive light.

When creating your resume in ESSA.app, you decide which fields to fill out. Consider which information is truly necessary for your potential employer. At every step, ESSA.app will notify you of how well your resume is completed and if there are any areas for improvement. Try to make use of this feedback.
