Essa.app â Personal Career Assistant is a modern tool based on artificial intelligence, which facilitates the process of job searching and recruitment. Thanks to advanced technology, users can easily create professional video profiles that present their professional experience, education and skills.
The application allows for conducting realistic job interview simulations, which gives candidates the opportunity to repeatedly improve their answers and better prepare for real meetings with employers.
The application not only supports candidates, but also helps companies in automating recruitment processes â it streamlines candidate selection, especially at the early stages of job interviews, which allows time to be saved and recruitment efficiency to be increased.
Target groups:
Essa.app is addressed to a wide range of recipients: students, young professionals, skilled workers, people aged 55+, as well as people with disabilities who require support in a modern recruitment format.
The application may also be used by recruitment companies and HR departments, which, thanks to it, shorten the selection time while simultaneously increasing the quality of candidate assessment.
